Upper Dolpa, Nepal, often regarded as a forgotten land of mystery and sorrow, remains one of the most remote and underdeveloped regions in the country. Nestled amid the Himalayas, this rugged terrain lacks access to basic infrastructure, isolating its people from many advancements. Despite the breathtaking beauty of the landscape, life here is marked by hardship. Villagers face limited access to healthcare, with eye care being especially scarce. To address this, we are here with Dr. Sanduk Ruit for an eye health camp, bringing hope to residents in need of vision care and helping improve their quality of life in this untouched, yet resilient community.
